Very nice! What kind of rubber did you use for the floor?

Re: Finshed the Garage!!! Thanks everyone!!!

I started with a few 4x8 stall mats (You can see them in the back right) but then found some used gym flooring on Craigslist that was from a gym that went out of business. Pretty sweet find. Paid about $250 for 400 sq ft of 3/4 in rubber.

Re: Finshed the Garage!!! Thanks everyone!!!

I am so jealous of the squat rack and pullup bar.

I about to start looking for a new place to live, and a garage with high ceilings is a very important requirement in the search.

Awesome home gym!

What was your overall cost for everything in the new gym? I am working on getting mine in order. It looks awesome.

Re: Finshed the Garage!!! Thanks everyone!!!

It was actually pretty cheap:

Lifting platform: 175 (Homemade)
Squat Rack: 125
Pull Up Bar: 85 (Homemade)
Plyo Boxes: 25 Each (Homemade)
Rings: 30 Each (Homemade)
~400 Sq Ft rubber matting: 350
Paralettes: 25 a Pair (Homemade)
370#s of Bumper Plates: 450
2 Rogue Bars: ~520

I was able to make a lot of stuff... there are a ton of great ways to make stuff and get great ideas from on here. Made it so I could spend more money on the expensive stuff like the bars and plates...

Let me know if I can be of any help...

Feels really good to finally be mostly done... Really I just used my tax return to fund everything.

Again... Thanks everyone for contributing to this great resource. Couldn't have done it without all your help...

Thanks,

Colin

Very nice job. Looks great. Now I have a road map for mine. How did you make the rings? The PVC ones that I made work so far, but the wood looks much more durable for the long run.
