Starting on Monday but need some help

hey there all,
I am sooo excited to be starting this workout on Monday. Question....How long does one do this workout? I usually rotate my workouts every 8 weeks....is CF diverse enough that I can just keep on doing this as my workout? Does everyone follow the workout of the day and that is the routine? I am confused about that part. I hope someone can clarify for me!

Re: Starting on Monday but need some help

The WOD is different every day. Some workouts you'll never repeat, and generally speaking they don't repeat WODs on the site more than once every two months.
So there is no need to "rotate" anything.

Lots of CFers just follow the main site, others follow their affiliate schedule, others make up their own schedule. I'd recommend sticking with the main site WOD if you are new, and scale down if necessary.

Re: Starting on Monday but need some help

Rosemary, Suggest you check out the FAQ. It will help to answer a lot of your questions.

The 1-1-1-1-1-1 WOD's are meant to test your 1 rep max. Take as much time as needed between sets.

Good luck.
