We had a blast yesterday doing the fundraiser workout! Our team was short one person, and the other team helped us make up the difference.
Had some excellent athletes there. I know there are better times out there than ours, but we had a lot of fun and camaraderie.
One of our participants, AJ, has a brother who is heading for Special Forces and he wanted to honor him in a special way.
AJ is in the front of the top photo.

The Trevor workout at Brand X was impressive. Three of our teams finished under 30 minutes and the last just under 32 minutes.

We had a kids team, and they finished in under 20 with 100,200,300,400 as the rep mods and beginners pull ups.

It seemed a bit low key, maybe because of the sheer volume of work we were looking at but more likely due to thinking about why we were there.

Proud to have been a part of it with such a great bunch of people.

Awesome, guys! We had a great time at Petranek Fitness here in Los Angeles, too. We had six teams -- the fastest finishing in about 20:09 and going up from there to about 36 minutes I think. We had three teams going at a time and the other three teams counting and cheering and some spectators cheering as well. It was a great event and for a great cause, too!
