Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

I am ready to begin the WODs again after taking the Spring and Summer off to concentrate on Triathlon training. I trained the WODs solely for about a year prior to Tri training.

Should I ease back into the WODs by first completing the CFWU a few times per week to build up strength? Or just scale down the WODs?
