RM="Rep Maximum" Your 1RM means the most weight you can do in only one rep. 10RM means the most weight you can lift in 10 reps, but in this WOD you only do that weight for seven reps per round. You can find a chart at bodybuilding.com that shows 1RM's calculated to 10RM's I think, for example, if one can bench press 225 10 times max, then they're one rep maximum for bench is around 290. Good luck, and welcome to crossfit!

Cheers

Roy

Intersting. The WOD that Gerald and Roy mention was written as:

21-15 and then 9 reps of:
Deadlift
Handstand Push-up

In contrast to Roy's interpretation, I thought that meant:

21 reps deadlift
15 reps deadlift
9 reps deadlift
21 reps HSPU
15 reps HSPU
9 reps HSPU

Just more evidence that clearer workout notation/explanation would really be helpful!

As an aside, I did the following variation:

2 rounds:
21-15-9 reps kettlebell swings
21-15-9 reps thrusters
