Looks like you have an answer now Vic. Qualifying process looks the same through the Open and AGQ, but only 10 from each category go to the games now (if I've read it correctly).

Big difference is the AGQ - all Open scores removed, everyone starts from Zero again. No more advantage for a lot of people.
