What you need is not the zone. If you wanna get stronger and gain muscular bodyweight you need to just worry about protein and calories. Start drinking whole milk and eating cows. At 125 lbs fat blocks are the last thing you should be concerned with. 3000 calories isnt enough for a guy your size to recover from just lifting, let alone lifting and running. To be honest, if the amount you're eating is not uncomfortable, you're probably eating too little. You're not gonna get fat, as long as you're squatting, deadlifting, and pressing.

10lbs just should work for a little while, then you'll have to drop down to 5lbs, depending on your recovery and size (ie. how much food you eat and sleep you get) as well as genetics.

Forgot the blocks, eat clean and eat a lot.

and in regards to 531 since im a beginner would it be safe to say i can up my 1rm calcs 10 lbs each cycle?
I still think you'll get faster gains by doing a linear progression program like SS or GSLP.
