So I am officially starting my workout log big step for me. I am starting to really enjoy this crossfit stuff. Even though they may not be impressive but I intend to work my butt off to make it happen. I might have to rest longer than most and lower weight but I will put forth 100% max effort.
Today I did Sundays WOD because I take off on Sat and Sun:
730 this Morning: 100 meter sprints 8 times around track. Sprint 100m, jog 100m.
Complete five rounds of:
Deadlift, 3 reps
Max rep Handstand push-ups
225/18 225/16 225/10 225/9 225/8
then after work out did 3sets of 15 GHD situps,
3sets of 10 knees to elbows and 3 sets of leg raises, and three sets of 20 back extensions
front plank max time x3
side planks max time x3
I know it aint impressive weight but I will get it!
