Row 1000 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups
Row 750 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps
15 Pull-ups
Row 500 meters
95 pound barbell Thruster, 9 reps
9 Pull-ups
For time - 20:25 (3 min break after 21 PU's, lost rower)

My goal was 20 min, so I feel pretty good about it. Reps were 11/10, 8/7,9/9.

Dynamic WU (similiar to Greg A's WU)
Light stretching, muscle group specific

MP WOD:
400m run
BRPZ w/12" OH target x 25 (sets of 13/12)
6 rnds - 24:09

15 min later

CFT:
SP - 160(PR by 5#)
BS - 255(PR by 5#)
DL - 340(PR by 5#)
Total - 755

Felt weak, body/mind told me no go, didnt seem to matter. Before anybody chalks up the results to what I ate, I had Oreos and coffee 6 hrs prior.

1 week from today I will try another total cold and report the difference.

Lost count of rnds, gauged time for 1 rnd n'got back on track. Did 5 rnds because of 25# pack.

DU's better, still only 15 max at a time, majority were 3-5 at a time.
