Re: 2014 CrossFit Open, Regionals, and Games Thread

Just saw the replay of froning's clean ladder heat. He didn't slow down. He does look over but keeps moving forward while doing so. That effort was as fast as he could go in that. The last heat was that much faster

he was moving forward but only as fast as he need to. the last heat was running between bars. we have seen what Froning can do with weights and there is no way thats as fast as he could go.

After 3 days, is it just me, or do the red trunks with the yellow emblems make it seem as if Slim Jim sponsored the Games this year? That logo on the low thigh just jumps out as "Snap into a Slim Jim" to me... Been throwing me off all weekend.

Haha I love Froning. Annihilated that. But Fraser was right behind him.

Came back from church/lunch just in time to watch Froning cross the line, crushing everyone else.

i don't think my weak heart can take the next event. Only 10 points lead so Fraser can still take it from him.

As much as Fraser is an amazing athlete, I'd challenge that he better bring help if he's going to try to "take" anything from Froning on Sunday in the last event. Especially considering the look on Rich's face crossing the finish line under that OH Lunge walk.

Froning is amazing. He crushed everyone. 35 seconds is a long time.

fraser is all heart. Dude kept his pace start to finish. Didnt get rattled with ohlsen blowing through 1 round and start of second.

Is that a storm? What will they do if it rains?
