Magnesium Intake

Just got some more supps and am interested in what you guys know about magnesium intake. The combined supps (ETS recovery, centrum, and cal-mag-zinc) adds up to 775mg which will be per day. Too high? Thoughts?

Re: Magnesium Intake

Magnesium will let you know when dosing is high.
You will not be leaving the bathroom.
