Bananas?

How do you all feel about bananas? Eat 'em because they're tasty and high in nutrients? Or, ditch 'em because they're very high in sugar?

Thumbs up! If your concerned about the sugar (you shoudn't be, unless your eating 30 a day) then just eat them post workout.

Re: Bananas?

I usually eat two or three bananas a day because they're tasty and nutritious.

Re: Bananas?

Just polished one off along with some almond butter as part of my breakfast.

Delicious.

Re: Bananas?

Mmm, if I'm craving dessert, I just pull one of my bananas out of the freezer. Soo good.

Re: Bananas?

The thought of training without banana's is a worrying one.

Re: Bananas?

Feeding my 6 month old mashed bananas has really given me a taste for them again. YUM. I'll eat one pre-wod sometimes, especially if I need a pick-me-up.

Re: Bananas?

I think I'll do a search or read the bottom of this thread for "similar threads" on bananas.
