I was screwing around in my basement the other day and came up with this brutal little combination. Basically, you roll back onto your shoulders, roll back up to your feet, jump onto a box, jump off, and repeat.

Has anybody else ever seen this or tried this before? Sorry if this is already an exercise but I couldn't find anything about it.

I'm not quite sure I could jump 24" with one leg, or even jump 24" in general with a 53 lb kb...

Thanks for the feedback though.

I do something similiar as a grappling warmup. Roll over one shoulder and touch your toes to the ground. Roll back forward to a pushup position and do a burpee. Repeat alternating sides.

Jeff Martone does some cool combos like this in his TAPS dvd. Deck squat to pushup jump up to pull up and repeat. Cool stuff
