Ladder to Hell

i sent that one to a friend (with lighter weight) and he responded by:"how was your time". ebarassingly I didn't have one so I did it yesterday like that:

20 strict pull ups
25 push ups
30 steps walking lunges
35 Thrusters (75 Pound)
40 SitUps
45 Kettlebell-swings (1.5 Pood)
50 Burpees

it sucked and I sucked too...

(my triceps is still sore from the AMRAP HSPU, Push Press, etc... thingy a few days back, argh...)
