Re: climbing ladder or net

Hi James,

The February 2004 issue of the CrossFit Journal is all about Bachar ladders and cargo nets. It explains in detail how to make the Bachar ladder, gives a vendor for the cargo nets, and shows examples of routes for using them in WODs.

Joanna if your look for a cargo net, there is a very odd place on santa rosa ave that has cargo netting from the inside of military aircraft.. mil spec webbing had a mountain of it, and its cheap.

Op.. surplus stores would be a good place for netting. Ladders.. ropes and knots are the next cheapest thing.
