That bar was just not going over my head. And I have a beauuuuuuutiful lump on the back of my neck. But all's well. I played a gig tonight. And it was wonderful ahhhhhhhhhhh life is good. Yes. I said it. Life is good.

Tabata Something Else (in my bedroom - had to fit it in!!!)

Pull Ups: 5, 5, 5, 3, 4, 3, 3, 3 (+blood blister, meh.)
Push Ups: 8, 8, 6, 6, 6, 6, 5, 6
Sit Ups: 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9
Squats: 21, 19, 18, 18, 18, 18, 18, 20

Total: 305

5.8.11 | rest day. had work and busy life things to keep me going. it's okay though.

5.9.11 | Squat cleans + Front squat x2

75#, 85#, 105#, 115#, 125#*PR for [squat] clean!!

Metcon:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat x 2 @ 65#
immediately followed by AMRAP Burpees in the remaining time of the minute.
Score is total completed burpees.

Total = 121 burpees. ouch!
