Kirez - One thing that's helped my rack position is a back extension stretch on a low backed chair. Sit upright in the chair and point your elbows to the sky, hands flexed back toward the shoulder just like they would be in the rack. Lean into the top of the chair back, entending as you try to push your elbows to the sky.

I do this and a set of chest peels in a door frame a few times a day at work to loosen up and counterbalance the 8 hours of daily hunching over my comp.
