Angie is one of my favouties Christin, I was hurting at 2 mins on the plank and just said get to 3, then 3.30 and so on. That plank actually had me dripping with sweat , amazing you can get such a good sweat up without moving

Thanks Rich, I had a tip off that the mullet is going to be big in 2009 so I started growing mine early.

Must be down to the drag caused by that superb haircut

Re: A Bears Tale

Your back up for this month's painstorm: death by BW front squats? I think Mr. Density V. is going to take this one running away. I'm in. (First Painstorm ever.)

yes Front squats dont affect my back much, just keep it locked in so Im in for this one. Yes Mr V will love this painstorm.

1 November 2008

20 min AMRAP
5 HSPU's
10 Pull Ups
15 Double Unders - 10 rounds, 5hspu, 10 pull ups, 11 DU's

That all went together perfectly, will be doing it again. Will easily beat the score as my rope snapped on 2nd round so had to twist it around my finger, was getting only 2 doulbe unders at a time, then I had to have a toilet break!!
I recommend trying it to anyone who reads this.

Planks: Left 2 mins. Right 2 mins prs

Re: A Bears Tale

Just curious how the painstorm FS works (not that I'm interested) but I just like keeping my eye on men in wigs doing fantastic things.

Christin its not a wig, its London fashion

Its the same as the pull ups ladder but with front squats. You do 1 front squat in the first minute, then 2 in the second and so on until you cannot complete the number for the minute, it starts off so easy but I guess by around the 12th minute the rest gets shorter and the reps get harder.
