Haven't updated in a while. I decided to cut way back on my workouts and get some strength back. I was probably trying to do way too much, but each workout I felt less strong, more fatigued and was breathing harder. My strength in the big three lifts were going down too. That is probably because I wasn't practicing them, but I dunno. I decided to give starting strength a go for a little while to cut back on my work load and get some of my strength back. Also going to start eating more to see if I can't put a little weight on. I'm tired of being the skinny guy.

Floor Press (couldn't make it to a bench today): 215x5, 215x5, 215x5

Power Clean: 155x3, 160x3, 160x3 (finaly went home and read that it's suppose to be 5 sets of 3 -_- Will have to do it right next time)
