Today road easy 11 miles at 16mph average
back at park
Person 1 ball toss around tennis court twice
person 2 dips on bench, stop when p1 is done
switch
50 sumo deadlift highpulls
50 ball slams
10x2 table presses.

Thanks. It keeps me on my toes. It's really fun to try to workout using things around you and not needing a gym.
