Just a quick question. If one were to do two WODs in one day, would it be best to follow a metcon WOD with some kind of strength or technique WOD? For example, I am full of energy today and would like to do another workout. Should I:
a. rest?
b. train Back Squat Strength?
c. train OHS Technique?
d. attmept the 100 burpees challenge?
e. reattempt the WOD for the day?

I double up pretty frequently, but usually in the opposite order. i.e. I'll do 3/2/2/2/1/1/1/1/1 with squats or cleans or something similar then do a metcon after.

I have doubled up metcons before but always with a pair of <10-15 minute girls. Diane and Helen make a good match. Elizabeth and Nancy go well together.

When all else fails you can tabata yourself into a sweaty heap in pretty short order. Enjoy
