That was a breeze. Despite having two aunts, a mother and a grandmother all trying to force feed me anything they could find on the weekend, I managed to stick to my meal plan and avoid chocolate. My entire family thought I was nuts, but I can honestly say I didn't crave chocolate once, even when I had others gobbling it up around me.

For those who had chocolate this weekend, I hope you enjoyed it. (now do your squats) I'm just thrilled that what once used to be my nemisis seemed to be easily tamed this weekend.

Congrats to all of the others who took on the challenge and stuck to it.

Grats, Jason. I didn't eat chocolate either yet somehow still managed to put on 6lbs since I last weighed myself (about 10 days ago). Lord knows how that happened. :-(

I have to say that I indulged on Easter and ugh......a couple of zantac later! Couldn't wait to get back in the Zone on Monday. Splurging is not all that it's cracked up to be.

Don't worry about the scale too much Cal. How you feel is much more important guide in my opinion.

Cheers Jason. I think most of it is water weight as I did eat quite a lot of smoked salmon. I'll see what I weigh at the weekend. :-)
