Re: "Fittest Fat Guy" on Paleo

I have started eating right and doing the WOD's and dropped 20 pounds in a month or so. I am getting stronger, but still need to drop some. I am hoping to end up at around 165-170.
I actually gave up on cheat days now. I had one and just could not handle it. It tasted like I was eating paste with no flavor and I just did not like it.
