Nice piece by Chuck Norris

w/fs: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=116129

He visited West Point and the wounded soldiers in Fort Hood, and posted his thoughts. He seems like a genuinely decent guy with a lot of common sense.

Re: Nice piece by Chuck Norris

Chuck has visited the troops overseas a number of times during the GWOT. He's very supportive of the military, probably due in part to the fact that he served as an Air Force cop back in the day.

He does seem like a genuinely decent bloke - shocking that such a legend should be getting middle age spread though!

My rugby coach is 49 and looks 30 years old than Norris. I hope I look half as good when I'm 69.

Oh ye of little ambition

Chuck does look good comparatively to most peeps particularly in our sedentary society... However personally with a choice, id look like these fellas -

Fritz off these boards (68) -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rncGa8wC4X4 WFS

Steven Morris (65+)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44kDtSNuuDc Might not be WFS.

Or Clarence Bass (70) -

Surely "that choice" comes down to smart sustainable training and diet (although Morris is prolly more of a training maniac! ).

Yeah. Fritz reminds me of a younger Iggy Pop. That's amazing how he looks. Even more amazing is his fitness performance.
