I felt a lot better today after I had my first zone-ish snack. I felt a little winded starting my swimming warmup, but felt better once getting into the aerobic part of it. I realize I only swim for 20 mins, but that's all I can get in during lunch. Did yesterday's WOD tonight: Forgot to check the scaling on BrandX Did: 20 minutes of 5 pullups (jumping) 10 pushups 15 squats 16 rounds. Drank a lot of water. Feel back to normal I think. |

Feel much better today-got energy again!
Puppies: 15-12-9 70 pound Deadlift Bridged Handstand push-ups on feet (feet on chair) 3:36. I have a kip...a very very small kip. Going to check at the local soon to be affiliate to see if I can get some pointers... |

Swam for about 35 minutes this morning. Great way to start the day.
Having that twitch in my eye again. WOD will come later. I'm trying to eat in the zone, but it seems that I'm not doing it right without major planning bc I'm at about 1000 calories so far today. |

Pushups, jumping pullups 5 rounds for max 28/10 19/12 21,10 18,11 16,9 When i couldn't control the descent anymore, I called quits with the jumpong pullup. Two months ago I could barely string 10 pushups together!!! ![]() |

Totally freakin awesome!! I weigh myself every day just to see if the scale goes anywhere. It hasn't moved in awhile;obviously something's happening tho!

1.55mi (2.5k) on treadmill.
16:17. Tried to get up to 6mph and maintain it, but it was just too much today. I was around 5.6mph. I get really bored running. I don't think eating 2100 calories a day is working for me. I looked at my weight vs. calorie intake on TheDailyPlate and it seems that a few days after I eat about 1400 (I think), my weight goes down to 153. I'm a little frustrated that the scale isn't moving. However, my last several days' sodium intake has been WAY up and I feel fat today. I ate about 12 blocks yesterday. Oh yeah, and then there was the two vienna fingers and 4 circus peanuts. I was really having a hard time walking away from sugar yesterday! I did about a 10 second hang this morning while getting ready. I think I'll start timing it every so often to see if it improves. |

I have half of an underhand pullup! I've been trying this whole time overhand and that ain't going too well!
I felt SO tired on the way home and right before I left work.. ugh |
