Well, I'm a day late and a dollar short.

I didn't make the "A" list (but I did get a pr of sorts for most chins in a row) so as punishment I did 103 chinups total. Many, many sets. Took about 25 minutes.

Happy Birthday Eugene!

After absolutely no specific training for this, I remembered it this morning after a client. Warmup was coffee and then watching someone else workout.

Broke it into 28-12-10, minimal rest.

CrossFit does funny things--when you think about doing 50 pullups for fun first thing in the morning and you know it's only going to take 2 or 3 sets and 2 or 3 minutes.

Eugene, happy birthday!

I was hoping to do this one so much, but I got bronchitis about two weeks ago and am VERY slow to recover. I owe you this and the l-sits, sorry.

Hope you felt the energy though, I sent some hacking and flegm your way.

Hey Eugene,

I will have you know that Jeff Martin took this so seriously, he thought he was rude to Jonathan when we called to go visit. (he wasn't rude - just focused - we didn't even notice!). Anyway, he did his 50 and I will follow up with my L-Sit tomorrow as a belated birthday. Somehow I didn't know modified versions of pullups were allowed or I would have done them too!

Here's the latest version. For those of you with blanks for age or whatever, let me know so I can fill it it. Thanks everyone for the incredible work. I am just blown away at these performances. That is an outrageous amount of pullups. Thanks also for the kind birthday wishes...condolences actually. Along with your gifts of pullups I also got my AARP application in the mail. How's that for timing...on my birthday I do 51 pullups, the next day AARP wants me to sign up. Pretty soon the funeral homes, retirement centers and polyester and white belt salesmen will be sending me flyers.

just don't answer the phone.

We all already know you have a problem saying "No" to buying stuff.
