Hello everyone! First time posting on the message board....
I am helping start a nutrition program and evaluation plan for a new CF affiliate in the next few weeks and was just researching some additional resources from the CF community. Also sent a direct email to headquarters.

How do you currently assess your new/current clients and evaluate progress? What personal data/information have you found to be pertinent to your program's success?

I would love to eventually analyze the data/results of our affilliate to be published in different domains, as this is what I am trained for, but most of my work has been at the public health and community based levels. I really appreciate any insights. Thanks!

I know some use the Crossfit North Athletic Skill Standards.

Awesome! Thank you for your help. This will be great for the coaches.

I'm looking more for anthropometric measurements, medical and fitness history and possibly sports psychology data collection to assess mental strength, outlook, etc.

Data to assess the athlete/participant beyond strength...
