SUPERTOTAL for PRIZE MONEY!
The USA Weightlifting / USA Powerlifting 5 Bar Showdown will be held July 21-22 in Norcross, GA.
$1500 best Female Supertotal (by wilks + sinclair formula) $1500 best Male Supertotal (by wilks + sinclair formula) Competitors will compete in the sanctioned USA Weightlifting portion in the morning, then compete in the sanctioned USA Powerlifting portion in the afternoon.
