Movement standard: Single Under vs Speed Skip or Running Man jump rope
I'm looking for verification on movement standards for various jump rope movements.
Does this sound accurate/correct? Thanks in advance for feedback and input! Single Under The rope passes underneath the feet once per jump. Both feet touch the ground after the rope passes underneath. Speed Step or Running man Only one foot or the other touches the ground on each repetition, similar to footfalls in a running movement. This would NOT be considered a single under for competition purposes (like the CF Open), correct? |
