go to mikesgym.org and then to video gallary and see 2 world champions doing record snatches. one from bulgaria and one from russia. good stuff.

Wow, very impressive. I thought it was kind of nuts when Rigert popped the bar into the air to catch it and reposition his hands to put the bar on the ground.
