I'm positive it's not the cheese and milk causing this though as it only happens really when the weather changes and like I said it's a sinus infection.

I rarely drink milk though, but I eat cheese a lot. Like I said I never have phlem or sniffles after eating it. I also don't have acne.
*shrugs* intolerances pop up in different ways in different people. read my edit

True. I read the edit, but my life hasn't been hard on dairy so I'm not sure I have much incentive to really give it up. I suppose I'll try it some day. Maybe I'll drop 30 pounds right off the bat and realize I never want to touch it again.

I am allergic to cats though. It's not the sniffles they give me though. My left eye (only my left eye) turns red, starts itching and then swells shut.

That article was basically a big "I don't know, I only have anecdotal evidence, but based on absolutely no real hard science, I believe..."

Which basically sums up almost all nutritional advice articles.

Re: For the dairy lovers, food for thought.

I just want to point out I have no opinion either way, milk doesnt bother me either. I just thought it was interesting and wanted to post it because I know this would bring up some good conversation and deliberating. Ben & Jerrys New York Super Fudge Chunk is still my go to.

Re: For the dairy lovers, food for thought.

Milk consumption is positively correlated with pre and inversely correlated with soreness.
