Hey just thought i'd drop in and say hi. It was my new years resolution to start crossfitting. I've been aware of the site for around 2 years and would only every now and then do a WOD.
But i hope to make more of an effort and make crossfit my whole workout programme.
Prior to this i was doing various workouts using bwe and various sandbag stuff and up until recently Ross Enamit's NG.
Bring it on!

Welcome aboard. One thing though, you used the words "hope to make more of an effort". I'd like to see you commit to one year, doing at least 3 WOD/week. Scale the workouts as you need to but do them, my guess is by the end of the year you won't be scaling anymore. See you on the coments page

Dan

Yeah i can see where your coming from. What i meant to put across was that i already train 4-6 times a week as it is.....but what i meant was to say that cf would replace my current regime and i would become a 100%ish crossfitter.
I was just a little "fluffy" headed after some midnight yoga!
