Front Desk HQ

Hey guys. I had a close friend recommend this software to us and we are currently in our trial period. I have to admit it seems pretty nice. Working with training staff today to see some more features, but I have no complaints so far.

Does anyone have anything to share? I cant find anything else on here pro or con.

Thanks

E

Re: Front Desk HQ

We switched over from Zen Planner and like it. It has a different way of doing things, so there is an adjustment for us, but overall it looks great.

Three things I like.

1. Sign ups are dead easy, especially from an iPhone or iPad or android.

2. Super reponsive -- two features we requested got implemented right away.

3. Support is fast and efficient.

Overall I just find it easier to use.

Re: Front Desk HQ

I have a call with Front Desk HQ tomorrow. I am exploring switching from MBO to Front Desk. Luckily, I have only put about 2 months into MBO and am still in the pre-open stages of my gym. Will write back how it goes, what I decide to do, and why.

Re: Front Desk HQ

Ben Bergeron at CFNE had good thing to say about it. I believe it was created by one of his members.

It is on my to do list to look consider, we use Zen which works but certainly is not powerful.

Re: Front Desk HQ

This wasn't created by CFNE but Jon Zimmerman. Nicki Violetti is part of the team. Met them both last month at an event and came away really impressed with the product especially the mobile functionality

Re: Front Desk HQ

We're still rolling out FrontDesk HQ, but Nicki spent an hour with me on Skype working through how best to use it, integrate it into our work flow, etc., along with general business advice.

Very very impressed with the attention to customer service, and they are very responsive to help desk requests.

And it is super easy to use.

So so far, very happy.

Re: Front Desk HQ

We just switched over to it and it is awesome. Really easy to use. Great mobile application. Great customer service. If you are using mindbody and want to switch over beware. Their 48 hour data import took them over three weeks to get to me.

Re: Front Desk HQ

We have been on it since March and switched from MindBody. The ease of use for the clients is the best part.

Also they are rolling out new stuff each month and it has only gotten better. I would highly recommend it to other boxes. And the price is awesome!

Re: Front Desk HQ

I played around with it a bit and I am impressed. It has an "apple" feel to it, very clean and easy to use.

I may switch once they have the ability to allow members to sign in on an ipad.
