Running an Active Recovery Class at Your Affiliate

Hey everyone,

I've got a new post up on Inside the Affiliate about how we run Active Recovery classes at our gym. (WFS) This program has been hugely successful for us and our members love it. Check out the nuts and bolts of how we do it.

David, this is great - this one is going into the planning pipeline for implementation in the near future!

Re: Running an Active Recovery Class at Your Affiliate

I was just thinking how to implement such type of class. At first I wanted to bring in a yoga instructor but decided a mobility class specific to our members issues within CrossFit movements would be more valuable. Now your blog confirms that I'm thinking in the right direction and even provides great insight on how to proceed.

That's a great read, thanks!
