Re: Sharknado

if anyone hasn't seen the new post on CnP, you should def check it out as i think most of us will find it of great interest. former wrestler, MMA fighter, Marine, CF competitor and affaliate owner, and current american ninja warrior as well as strongman compeitor is on there. guy also owns a pretty sweet gym. if nothing else the video at the end is worth a watch. i love the gym and wish i could find one like it.

Re: Sharknado

That's like saying Froning used a bike with one gear and a pair of swim trunks for Pendleton last year so cyclists shouldn't use variable gears and swimmers shouldn't wear skin tight suits. Some people need to gets their heads out of their butts.

Re: Sharknado

Is that stuff any good?

Looks expensive and I don't see the point of what it is from the ingredients list besides some enzymes and herbal stuff.

Re: Sharknado

I don't have a clue. I have an entire case to figure it out though! Not that much money really. Two dollars a can isn't any more and probably a little less than most energy drinks.

Re: Sharknado

Only 25mg of caffeine is hardly an energy drink. A serving of oral caffeine is 50 or 60mg.

Re: Sharknado

I think the claim is adressing inflammation and electrolytes over caffeine to enhance performance. From an endurance aspect, that is probably better. For a rush, not so much.
