I like the King Kong-esque stuff for where I'm at right now. Heavy, relatively short, and I can usually make up stuff to hit areas I hadn't yet, or skills without doing specific skill work - kind of like how that Rick Scarpulla conditioning stuff works. Deads and KB snatches hit the former, MUs for the ladder. And BJs just because I like to jump. Probably should have just done straight MUs though without the dip.

Speaking of skills, found out from a friend that knows the hosting box owner of a team competition I'm going to in a few weeks that handstand walking is almost certainly part of one of the works. Dangit, I freaking stink at handstands!! Grr...

And that does make sense with comparison to ring specialists. I haven't had any issues with my back or anything, but 1) I don't want it to happen in the future, and 2) My semi-bad posture is really annoying. Been doing my mobility RX the past couple days... I must actually be "broken" because these things are HARD!

I noticed on their website recently it looked like it wasn't free anymore. Did I just look in the wrong spot?

Oh, not MWOD. I got some specific stuff from my weightlifting coach for my "swimmer back." I never really followed MWOD because it jumps all over the place with stuff that I may not have issues with. I see no good reason to endevour to become Plastic Man.

But yeah, they now have mostly "premium" stuff that isn't free. I thought there were still free things though.

Instead of signing up for the premium daily MWOD someone would probably be better off buying the book and picking their MWOD based on the days exercises or issues they have trouble with

Re: Sharknado

I just went on the most disgusting call I can remember. A 79 YOA man covered in his own **** and ****. And of course he was naked. My partner took a step in the room and nearly threw up. What a wuss. LOL.

Re: Sharknado

Bill's cat probably clawed him because of that kb swing nonsense.

Bill, Front Squats are supposed to happen for me today as well, but lifting qill be light complexes today and tomorrow though I will do snatch pulls before.

Definitely wondering wtf I was thinking about those back off sets on Monday. Luckily I stopped after one miss rather than tried again and went to 2.5kg bumps are less. I'd be really racked up now.

Hopefully I will hit 140kg or 315# and maybe ohs after sn pp.

Conditioning, maybe I'll do some on the weekend.

For now bacon and eggs!
