New Goal for 2014

So Ive now been doing this for just over three months. CrossFit is my chosen sport and as such my new goal is to at least make it to the 2014 games in New Zealand. So now I start a new job next year, my training is going to be more important than ever. I'm heading into Gerontology something I have a passion for a long time.

Good luck Andre with your fitness goals and your new career. Sounds like you have great enthusiasm for both areas and thats important because it will help you through the long haul. I'll keep my eyes open for you in 2014.

Thanks Man, as Ive said.... I'm going to try and that's the best I can do. I had a look at the Auckland games for this year, and even at this stage I can do most of it, maybe not in the time frame... But I can do them.....

Good luck! Even if you don't make it... don't worry... you'll make huge gains and have a ton of fun!
