He only weighs 190...

Seriously? I thought he weighed around 230....

He used to be 225ish but lost a ton of weight, (in a quest to be a better crossfitter no doubt).

Selfishly I'd rather see him being the huge ridiculously strong guy than the normal crossfitter sized guy (who's still very strong). But I guess he's probably got a better career going as a crossfitter than as a big strongman who crossfits.

Re: Rob Orlando

I wonder if he'll put some weight back on and put a little more effort back into the strength side once he decides to call it quits on the games?

Re: Rob Orlando

rumors I heard at the games were that Rob was struggling some in the swim and put his hand on one of the paddleboards that the lifeguards were on and got instantly DQ'd. And that for Mikko he got kicked in the head during the swim and it burst his eardrum, they cleared him to keep going but then it turned out to be worse than it initially seemed. Again, these are just rumors.

Re: Rob Orlando

On today's east coast earthquake:

"That wasn't an earthquake. Rob Orlando was just deadlifting."

Sorry to revive a slightly old thread, just had to put that somewhere.
