CFE confusing
Is the CFE site confusing to anyone else? Everything keeps saying CFE strength and conditioning WOD, but there is only one posted? Is it supposed to be like this? Can someone explain how someone is supposed to follow it please?

I am not sure what is confusing you, but I just looked at today's CFE page. On the right side is today's S&C wod or you could the mainsite WOD (30 155 lb squat clean and jerks, from . Com today). Previous days will list the CFE WOD in hd middle of the page with a time frame of when to follow up on the s&c work. Not every day will have both strength and endurance work Rx'd. |

The right side is for your Strength and Conditioning. Use this instead of main site. The center is don 6-8 hrs after for your endurance.

So does it not show the s&c workout from yesturday? I see now there is tomorrows wod.
I guess I should just follow the main site. Thanks for the replies! |

On the right hand side, just above the "workout legend" it has the blog archive (endurance wods) or wod archive (s&c wods). Click on the drop-down menu for wod archive and you can see the s&c wods from Sept-Oct.
