SQ check

I think I have mutilple issues. I will readjust an try better angles. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

On your set-up, hips need to be lowered, chest needs to be more upright. the bar needs to be in contact with your upper thigh on the second pull, currently it is away from your body. jump against the ground, not off of it. don't fall under the weight, pull your body underneath it. view the shrug as a transition into the third pull, not the top of the second pull and the bar will no longer crash into you. buy greg everett's olympic weightlifting book.

I found if I went slow till I hit my knees the the second pull went better or so I thought? am I doing new stuff wrong? Any improvement from the first video? thanks Pat
