OK, playing catch-up here, so after finally getting the weights right
to get all the way thru Big 21 on the third go-around, I did the following: 20 20 17 9 10 76 Total With 50 left over, and tomorrow's 24, I owe 74 manana. I am using the 35# which ain't so bad, maybe 44 lbs would have been the right 'challenge' weight, but I can definitely say the 53# is too much at present; when the reps get above 15, perfect form and concentration is mandatory. |

Today is the 14th, so that's 28 for today, and I had unfinished bidness to settle yesterday regarding the Big 21, so that means another catch up for the 13th
(26 more). I did poorly on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk test; I felt very flat. While this could very well be slow recovery due to age, I blame the TGU challenge and all the dang catching up in the last couple days. I confirmed again tonight how subtle yet punishing an exercise it really is by going straight through with 28+26=54. Loving that 35-pounder! |

These have a unique whole-body wear pattern; I'm just all over tired, but not sore or fatigued in any isolated areas. |

Can't believe I missed this thread all month! Way too late to buy in now, but I'm going to try for my max load TGU today. Shooting for 90-100# for 1 rep each side w/ barbell, woot.
