OPT Transition

In the latest Crossfit Radio (Episode 74) Thiel mentions the "OPT Transition" towards the end of his interview. I went to OPT's YouTube channel (OOPPTT) to look it up as Thiel suggests, and couldn't pull up anything.

Anyone have better luck / know what he's talking about?

Re: OPT Transition

It could be that within the last year he has transitioned from mainpage CF to more short heavy metcons and quite a bit of o'lifting. http://www.optimumperformancetraining.blogspot.com/ (wfs) not sure if he is following this programming either but there's plenty of oly, heavy and high power wods with a couple of more sustained efforts. I've not had chance to listen to the interview.

Your best bet would be to post a comment on the journal page and maybe Jeremy would be kind enough to answer the question for you.

Cheers
Leon.

Yeah I left this comment there also... In the context of the radio interview he is talking about a way of moving from one exercise to another mid WOD.

Re: OPT Transition

Thiel emailed me directly so figured I'd share with you all:

"
Watch opt walk back and forth between sets. He is not in a hurry but consistent looks strong and keeps going.

Cheers!
