Fruit on Paleo/Zone

I know strict Paleo limits fruit due to high GI, but if I'm on a Paleo/Zone diet is it really bad to eat more fruit throughout the day if I'm zone portioning favorable fruits? I do stay away from the unfavorable fruits and I don't eat grains/dairy.

Thanks for your help!

Re: Fruit on Paleo/Zone

If you are in zone parameters it is really going to be up to the individual how they handle the higher gi fruits. Many people think the zone is too many carbs in general and sub fat. You are going to have to experiment.
