3 weighted Pullups (45lbs)
5 strict pullups
7 kipping pullups

My workout:
2 rounds of 3 strict pullups/5 kipping pullups (no band)
8 rounds of 3 strick pullups/5 kipping pullups (purple band)
Time: 22:20

I realized I have no core... let alone core strength. It's weak. Much room for improvement.

The pullups killed my time. They were easily the hardest part of the workout.
