to answer your question: yes. the thing to do is use the jumping portion of the burpee to lead into the pull up,

do you still do these on pull up days? and burpee days on xfit?

yep!

although i have in the past sub'd out pull ups for burpups during a wod and counted them towards my daily total. still early in the challenge for that. they are still kind of a warm up, but you can do 'burpup fran' or 'burpup helen'



today +6 burpups - 12 total

Why 6+6, shouldn't it just be 6 by itself?

6 for today's total plus 6 for the previous overall total. this way he is caught up with the rest of us as far as overall burpups done (12). its kind of the price for buying into a challenge late.

I'm a little late and will start tomorrow. I'm not exactally how many to do to catch up? Can't wait for the deadlifts though and then these afterwards, bring em on. I needa burn calories before I consume some. Hoorah.

you would have to do 20 today to catch up. not too bad

if you wait until tomorrow then it will be 30. 20 for today's total & 10 for tomorrow.
