Did Bryan's On-Ramp with him.

10 Barbell Push Press

Directions were to do it interval style. He'd go, then I'd go. Fun little burner. 9:20 was our total time.

I also did a little squat, but I wasn't feeling it. Just got up to 205.

CFFB today. GREAT workout.

Slightly edited. The workout called for 15 minutes, every minute on the minute 2 power snatch and 10 sledge hammer strikes.

I did 2 clean and jerk at 145 and 10 strikes.

That was a great workout. I enjoy doing the on-ramp stuff with Bryan, but I needed something a little more dynamic today.

Diet has been okay but I need to clean it up a little. I've been eating a bit more fruit than I had planned and I need to move some of those out and some veggies back in.

(Both things I need to be better at)

Then, during the cooldown, Bryan took off in a sprint and we had to catch him for another 400. Great times!

Friday - 6/22 -
10x50m sprints

Monday - 6/25
21-15-9
205lb deadlift
75lb thrusters

Then later
10 min AMRAP
7 barbell snatch
25 lunges

I think I got 12 rounds

Today- 10/26

3 Rounds
10 ground to overhead 95lbs
200m shuttle run (at 50 m)

Missed yesterday's post.

We did 20-15-10 of KB swings and tire flips. We had to alternate on tire flips so it was hard to get a correct time. Used 1.5 pood. Fun workout.

Today we are repeating On Ramp Day 1's workout. Should be fun.

15-12-9
squat/pushup/ring row
200m run

6:47 was my previous time. Looking to school that today!
