26 minutes flat

Previous time was 27:06. Even though we're running on a different course, I feel really good about my time being close. That time was last April and I noted that I was weighing in at 211-212. I was 231 this morning.

Did some deadlift today. Sets of 3.

Worked up to 285-295-305

Then I did an On Ramp workout with Bryan

3 rounds of 20 SHDP and 10 bar thrusters. One rested while the other went, like intervals. Nice and breathy.

Did "Hope" today fasted. Good times. Thrusters were (as I imagined) the worst part.

"Hope"

Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24" box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

"Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

Add your points and post them to comments.

Total score of 172. My only sub was using the green band on pullups.
