Diet has been good, still, which is motivating me in the WODs.

Good one today!

5 Rounds for time:
400m run
25 abmat situps (w/ 8lb med ball)
25 hip extensions

22:27

Runs were good, no stopping. They weren't blisteringly fast, but they weren't slacking. Situps were decent, but hip extensions are always a little slow for me.

I'm just happy I'm back in t he swing of things.

Big chicken salad with avocado for lunch. Mmmmm.

Another day, another WOD.

5 Rounds:
50 wallball - 20 foot target, 8lb ball (Nik was using the 20)
25 jumping pullups

20:25

Diet = good. Motivation = good.

Diet is still pretty good. Not perfect, but I'm getting there.

Power Cleans
135-150-160-170-180-185-190(F)-190

They were pretty ugly. I need to do form work.

I also did 3-5 deadlifts of each weight between sets for practice. The "light" weight was good for me.
