Keep working them, they'll come in time.

Just remember, every failed MU attempt is a workout in and of itself, so you're still kicking your own *** just attempting these things...

My advice is to work your pull-ups and ring dips until you're beasty at both, then your MU will come out of nowhere...

Yeah thats the plan, my ring dips are very weak, but my pull-ups are kinda decent

Today was a 12 hour shift on the ambulance so i didnt feel like liftin after it, tomorrow is 12 hour class so ill be suprised if i get a lift in tomorrow. Gonna bust my *** friday and saturday before gun hunting in tawas, mi. Going to take my rings with me though

Doing some packing today so im just going to out to the gym and do some ring work and pullups and stuff like that. I dont have a lot of time before i leave to go up north for gun season so ill pry just make my own WOD and it will be like a 10 min one.

Alright im finally back from up north...very tired though, going to eat breakfast and maybe try to get a bit more sleep so i can get a decent workout in.
