Tried doing muscle-ups but ended up
Substituting ring dips (1:1) and pull-ups (3:1) for muscle-ups


100 squats, 15 pull-ups, 5 ring dips

75 squats, 30 pull-ups, 10 ring dips

50 squats, 45 pull-ups, 15 ring dips

25 squats, 45 pull-ups, 20 ring dips

Total time 33:51

Row = substituted SDHP 52 rep
30lb dumbell thrusters 25 rep
20lb medicine ball cleans 30 rep
double unders = sub high jump 55 rep
pull-ups 38 rep

Legs still sore from last two days, last rep of 120lbs needed help with the last two.

40 Double-unders
135 lb Thruster, 6 reps
30 Double-unders

10 Double-unders

TOTAL TIME 12:24

Substituted high jumping 1:1 for double unders and did 115lb thrusters for 135

bought weighted jump ropes today 2lb and am working on getting the motioins for the double unders. Next time no substitution.

135 lb Squat clean, 10 reps
50 GHD Sit-ups
135 lb Squat clean, 8 reps
40 GHD Sit-ups
135 lb Squat clean, 6 reps
30 GHD Sit-ups
135 lb Squat clean, 4 reps
20 GHD Sit-ups
135 lb Squat clean, 2 reps
10 GHD Sit-ups

Total time was 16:11 and after the first five 135lb squat cleans I switched to 115lb for the rest of them.
